Dennis Wiley, Chairman of the Board
Dennis Wiley is the second-generation owner of Jayhawk Fire Sprinkler. He started in 1997 and managed the Oklahoma operation and then built the Kansas City branch which is now the headquarters of the company.
Dennis took sole ownership of the company in 2008. Under his leadership and guidance, the company has flourished as the company has completed two successful acquisitions, as well as started a portables company.
Although no longer actively involved in day-to-day operations, Dennis has served as the Chairman and board member since 2019 and spends most of his time serving as a mentor to various employees inside the company. His uncompromising passion for helping people succeed and operating the business the right way is a core pillar of the company culture.
As a father of four boys, Dennis and his wife spend a great deal of time traveling to visit his sons and attending school events. Dennis is also generous with his time and involved in significant philanthropy work for his church and other organizations.
