Drew started in 2008 after a brief stint in Marketing and Advertising and began in sales and project management for the Kansas City branch. He was immediately successful and after three years, Drew was promoted to Vice President where he managed the Kansas City office.
In his new role, Drew championed the transformation of the Kansas City branch from a new construction company in Kansas City to a service and inspection-focused company.
Drew was also the lead negotiator in the acquisition of Ozark Fire Protection and led the integration of Ozark while serving as Branch Manager as well. In 2018, he assisted in the acquisition of Sho-Me Fire and was responsible for their integration into Jayhawk Fire.
In January of 2019, Drew was promoted to CEO of the organization. He is responsible for the vision, growth, and future of the company and its employees, while actively seeking acquisitions.
